SUPPORT FOR

Parents

Guidance and support for the challenges that come with parenting.

Parenting can be incredibly rewarding—and incredibly challenging. As children become teenagers and young adults, parents are often navigating new questions about independence, relationships, mental health, school, technology, substance use, and changing family dynamics.

Sometimes you know there’s a problem. Other times, you simply have a sense that something isn’t quite right and aren’t sure what to do next.

We provide a supportive place to talk through your concerns, better understand what may be happening, and develop practical strategies that fit your child and your family.

Common Areas of Support

Our Approach

You Don't Have to Have All the Answers.

Parenting teens and young adults often requires a different approach than parenting younger children. The balance between staying involved and allowing independence can be difficult—especially when you’re worried about your child.

Our work with parents is collaborative and practical. We help you step back from the immediate crisis or conflict, understand patterns within the family, and identify changes that can improve communication and connection.

Depending on your family's needs, support may include parent consultation, individual therapy for parents, therapy for your teen or young adult, or collaboration between the therapist and parents when appropriate.

Support for the whole family.
