Hi! I'm Erica.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of where they fit.
Growing up and finding your way through early adulthood can bring a lot of change—relationships shift, expectations increase, independence can feel exciting and intimidating at the same time, and it isn't always easy to understand what you're feeling or why.
My approach to therapy is warm, curious, and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on what's “wrong,” we'll work together to understand the patterns, experiences, relationships, and emotions that have shaped you—and help you develop a stronger connection with yourself along the way.
You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. That's part of what we're here to explore together.

About Me
I'm a Licensed Social Worker who works primarily with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, life transitions, substance use, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. I especially enjoy working with young people who don't always fit neatly into a diagnosis or know exactly what they need from therapy.
My approach is relational and individualized. I incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between their emotions, thoughts, relationships, and what they're experiencing in their bodies. Therapy isn't just about understanding why something is happening—it's also about learning how to recognize and respond differently to what's happening in the moment.I also work with teens and young adults around substance use and higher-risk behaviors. My goal isn't to define someone by their choices or behaviors. Instead, we'll get curious about what those behaviors may be doing for you, what isn't working anymore, and what you want for yourself moving forward. For parents, I know it can be difficult to find the balance between being involved and giving your teenager or young adult the space to develop independence. When appropriate, I value collaborating with families while also creating a therapy relationship where young people feel that they have a space of their own.Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself. You don't need to know exactly what to say, have the “right” goals, or have everything figured out. We'll start wherever you are.
