Empowering Individuals, Teens and Families Toward Healing and Connection
Individual Therapy

My therapy approach is relational and deeply interconnected, focusing on how past patterns and behaviors shape your current worldview. Together, we’ll identify your unique goals and create a supportive path toward achieving them. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and work toward greater health and well-being.
Adolescent Services
The teen years can be a challenging time for both teenagers and their parents. We specialize in adolescent therapy, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for teenagers to explore their thoughts and feelings. Our services also include comprehensive substance use evaluations, as well as early intervention individual and group therapy to educate teens on the effects of drugs and alcohol on the brain. We are dedicated to supporting teens and their families in building healthier habits and stronger connections.
Support for Parents
I am dedicated to helping parents individually, so that they can provide the best possible support for their families. I work with parents to develop skills and strategies that will enhance their own emotional well-being, and help them to navigate the complexities of family life. My approach is holistic and strives to support the entire family system, recognizing that every member plays an important role in building healthier connections.
Perinatal Mental Health & IVF Support
Perinatal mental health is a specialized field that focuses on the emotional and mental health of mothers during pregnancy and beyond. We provide a safe and supportive environment for mothers to explore their thoughts and feelings.
In vitro fertilization (IVF) can be a stressful and emotional process for mothers. We provide support to mothers who are going through IVF by helping them cope with the emotional and psychological challenges that may arise during the process.
